Private equity firm LLR Partners held the final close of its fourth fund at $950m.
LLR Equity Partners IV, L.P. (LLR 4) is a private equity fund focused on backing middle market growth companies in a broad range of industries, including business services; consumer and education; financial services; security, defense and government services; healthcare services; and software and IT services.
It invests between $15m and $100m in companies with up to $150m in annual revenue in minority or majority ownership positions in a variety of transactions including growth capital, recapitalizations and buyouts.
The fund began investing in 2013 and has closed investments in ACRE, Cigital, iJET, Logi Analytics and Ultisat.
Its team includes Todd Morrissey and David Stienes, Mitchell Hollin, Seth Lehr, Ira Lubert, Scott Perricelli, David Reuter and Howard Ross.
