Aislelabs, a Toronto, ON-Canada-based big data analytics platofrm for retailers, received a venture investment of undisclosed amount.
Backers included MaRS IAF, Rho Ventures and salesforce.com along with a number of angels.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate sales and marketing efforts for its product suite – Aislelabs Flow and Aislelabs Engage.
Founded by Nilesh Bansal and Nick Koudas, Aislelabs allows clients to understand traffic patterns and behavior inside and outside their physical stores and deliver highly personalized omni-channel marketing tailored to in-store customers.
It serves retail chains, shopping malls, boutique retailers, restaurants and cafes, event venues and public spaces of all sizes.
