Resourcing Edge Human Resources, a Rockwall, Texas-based HR management solutions provider, raised $3.65m of growth capital.
California-based private equity investor group Central Valley Fund II provided the funds.
The company intends to use the funds to further expand its product capabilities and operations.
Led by Ted Crawford, CEO and founder, Resourcing Edge Human Resources provides HR management solutions that automate the HR process to allow companies to manage all activities electronically, including employee handbooks, payroll and employee benefits, E-Verify, new hire forms and I-9s.
These solutions integrate with employer tracking systems on the front end, and HR management and payroll solutions on the back end.
The company has offices in Colorado, Arizona, California, Oklahoma, New Jersey, Texas and Georgia serving over 1,000 companies throughout the country.
