Opal Labs, a Portland, Ore.-based developer of purpose-driven social business technology, raised $2.1m in funding.
The round was led by Oregon Angel Fund.
Led by George Huff, co-founder and CEO, Opal Labs has launched Opal Moments, a social enterprise application designed to simplify the planning and management of a brand’s content across social media channels. Its planning tool allows teams to plan social content and collaborate efficiently in real-time with one another on a cloud-based platform.
The app is already used by Nestlé Dreyer’s Ice Cream, NASA, Levi’s and Beats by Dr. Dre.
