Myntra Raises $50M

MyntraLogoMyntra, a Bangalore, India-based online fashion retailer, raised $50m in funding.

Reports said that the round valued the company at around $200m.

Backers included PremjiInvest, Sofina, Accel, and Tiger Management.

The company, which has raised $115m to date, intends to use the new capital to continue to expand operations.

Founded in 2007, Myntra is a large online fashion and lifestyle store for men, women, and kids and offers collections of apparel, footwear and accessories, from traditional and international brands (Adidas, Nike, Puma, Catwalk, Inc 5, United Colors of Benetton, FCUK, Timberland, Avirate, FabIndia and Biba).

The company, which has regional offices in New Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai, is hiring.
