CyberSense Raises $5M in Series A Funding

cybersenseCyberSense, a Menlo Park, CA-based provider of cloud-based and on-premises cybersecurity solutions, raised $5m in Series A funding.

Backers included BRM Group and Opus Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop its advanced cybersecurity solutions.

Led by cofounders Yaniv Alfi, CEO, Moshe Ben-Simon, vice president of services and research, and Yuval Malachi, co-founder and CTO, as well as newly appointed president and general manager, North America, Carl Wright, CyberSense provides a platform (CyberSense360™) that allows Global 2000 enterprises to strengthen their IT ecosystems and to reduce the risk of compromises, data breaches and compliance violations.
The platform provides detection, analysis, threat intelligence, threat-actor profiling, blocking and automated remediation for undetected zero-day malware.
