The investment round was led by Passion Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations.
Birdback is a card-linking platform that enables retail and advertisers to link special offers, vouchers and loyalty programs directly to customers’ existing credit and debit cards.
The company is launching in the UK, France and Brazil.
