Backers included strategic private investors.
The company intends to use the funds for market introduction and team expansion.
Led by Founder and CEO Elliott Nunez, Next Gen Capital has developed a proprietary platform for institutional investors to identify investment opportunities within the private capital markets (pre-revenue startups through established private, mature companies).
The company has representatives across the US, Europe, and Asia.
