LikeBright, Inc., a Seattle, WA-based provider of online and mobile dating and matchmaking software and services, acquired substantially all of the assets of MatchMate, a Utah-based matchmaking software company.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
Led by Nick Soman, CEO, LikeBright is a global matchmaking platform backed by Microsoft Ventures and Dr. Galen Buckwalter, the former Chief Scientist of eHarmony.
John Richards, who founded MatchMate in 2012, will also invest in LikeBright’s current round and will serve on its advisory board.
