Jelly Raises Series B Funding

Jelly-LogoAccording to a blog post, Jelly, a San Francisco, CA-based social search app, raised a Series B funding of undisclosed amount.

Greylock Partners made the investment. In conjunction with the funding, Josh Elman will join Jelly’s board of directors.

The company will use the funds to improve Jelly. It is also hiring new people (read here).
Co-founded by CEO Biz Ston and Ben Finkel, Jelly provides an app to search with pictures and people from social networks.
It is available for iOS and Jelly for Android.

The company had raised its Series A round in May 2013 (read here).
