Intellinote Completes $4.3M Series A Funding

intellinoteIntellinote, a Washington, D.C.-based provider of a Workforce Operations Management (WOM) solution built to optimize everyday collaborative workflows, completed a $4.3m Series A funding.

The round was led by Grotech Ventures and Boulder Ventures. As part of the transaction, Don Rainey of Grotech Ventures and Jonathan Perl of Boulder Ventures will join Intellinote’s Board.

The company intends to use the funds for customer acquisition, solution enhancement and employee expansion.

Led by Bill Welch, Co-founder and Executive Chairman, Intellinote provides a cloud-based Workforce Operations Management (WOM) solution designed for both individuals and teams. It allows users to create virtual workspaces, take actions, collaborate, and get work done.
Clients include more than 1,200 global organizations – ranging from SMBs to Fortune 500 companies.
