Guardly, a Toronto, Canada-based provider of enterprise-grade mobile safety solutions, raised $1.45m in seed financing.
The round was led by Freestyle Capital, with participation from Golden Venture Partners and MaRS Investment Accelerator Fund.
The company intends to use the funds for product development.
