Eyefreight Raises €9M

Eyefreight, an Utrecht, the Netherlands-based provider of transportation management system technology, raised €9m (approximately $11.8m) in funding.

The round was led by existing investors De Hoge Dennen Capital and Global Cleantech Capital.

The company intends to use the funds to enhance its Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product and expand operations into North America, establishing headquarters in Evanston, Illinois and recruiting new business development and sales teams.
