Cloutex Raises $600K in Seed Funding

cloutexCloutex, an Estonian startup that provides a platform to integrate and synchronize data between online business services, raised $600k in seed funding.

Backers included United Partners, SmartCap and business angels including Tiit Paananen.

Launched in Spring 2013 by CEO Peeter Mark, Cloutex connects and syncs various web applications such as e-marketing, CRM and accounting tools in a single platform. Integrated services include software like Salesforce for sales management, Quickbooks Online for accounting and Magento for e-commerce, etc.
The company, which had raised pre-seed funds by business angels Riivo Anton and Gerri Kodres and Startup Wise Guys, intends to use the funds for market expansion (mainly in the U.S. by opening an office and hiring staff).
