Chrome River, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of expense management and supplier invoice processing software, raised $17m in a Series C funding.
The round was led by Bain Capital Ventures with participation from existing investors First Analysis and Argentum.
The company intends to use the funds to deliver new mobile functionality, modules and services to complement its suite and expand into new domestic and international markets.
Founded in 2007 by Alan Rich, CEO, Chrome River Technologies provides organizations worldwide with complex expense management policies and collaborative approval processes with Software as a Service expense reporting and supplier invoice automation solutions that combine internet technologies with a team of implementation and support experts.
Clients include law firms, accounting and consulting organizations as well as companies across the U.S.
The company also has satellite offices throughout the U.S. and in Europe.
