London, UK-based August Equity LLP closed its latest fund at £200m.
Led by Managing Partner Philip Rattle, August Equity focuses on supporting companies in the healthcare, education, technology services and business services sectors to scale and become market leaders in growth areas of the UK. It makes equity investment between £10 and £30m.
To date, August Equity Partners III has completed two investments:
– Minerva Education, an operator of independent day schools offering an outstanding private education.
– The Old Deanery Care Village, which has two care homes, The Old Deanery and St. Mary’s Court, on a 10 acre site.
