Monexa Services Inc., a Vancouver, BC, Canada-based developer of SaaS Enterprise Billing and Commerce solutions, received funding from Yaletown Venture Partners.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with it, Yaletown partner Brad Johns joined Monexa’s Board of Directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to consolidate its market position.
Founded in 1998 and led by Barry Yates, president and chief executive officer, Monexa provides clients with a cloud-based Enterprise Billing and Commerce platform to monetize products and services and avoid custom web and software development. Earlier in the year, the company had secured financing from Ansera Capital Partners.
