Bluenose Analytics, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of a customer success platform, secured $10m in venture funding.
The funding includes a $2m seed investment led by The Social+Capital Partnership and an $8m Series A led by Norwest Venture Partners (NVP). With this investment, Mamoon Hamid and Matthew Howard joined Bluenose Analytics’ board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue expanding the capabilities of its platform, including deepening its predictive analytics and its executive team.
Led by Don MacLennan, founder and CEO, Bluenose Analytics provides an analytics platform that aims to help companies identify customer issues early, including the drivers of churn. By combining business intelligence and automated customer engagement, Bluenose pinpoints at-risk customers and opportunities to up-sell at every stage in the lifecycle.
