Perpetuuiti TechnoSoft Services, a Mumbai, India-based provider of real-time visibility and availability management of business continuity planning/disaster recovery (BCP/DR) infrastructure, received an equity investment from Intel Capital.
The amount of the investment was not disclosed.
Led by CEO Rohil Sharma, Perpetuuiti TechnoSoft Services provides a “continuity platform” that automates BCP/DR processes and brings visibility tied to business impact, allowing single click BCP/DR invocation. Its products work with a variety of complex heterogeneous IT environments, orchestrating continuity and recovery procedures for virtual and physical computing resources across data centers.
The company partners with IBM, HP, wipro, Momenta, Trimax, Tata Consultancy Services, etc.
