PasswordBox, a San Francisco, CA, Montréal, Canada-based provider of password management solution, raised $6m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Omers Ventures, with participation from Silicon Valley angel investors, including Mark Britto, CEO of BOKU and Lee Linden, Head of Facebook eCommerce.
The company intends to use the funds to continue scaling and growing its team.
Led by Dan Robichaud, CEO, PasswordBox provides a solution that allows users to store, retrieve, create and share passwords at anytime, anywhere, and on any device, app and account. Additional features allow people to share access to their accounts with others without divulging their passwords, and a legacy feature with the ability to entrust passwords to someone should something happen to them.
