Futurelytics Raises $800K in Seed Financing

futurelyticsFuturelytics, a Wilmington, Delaware-based provider of a prescriptive analytics platform, raised $800k in seed financing.

The round was led by Index Ventures and Credo Ventures, with participation from Kima Ventures and Rob Keve (former CEO of FizzBack).

The company, created in Ostrava, Czech Republic, intends to use the funds to accelerate product development, initiate new strategic partnerships and expand internationally, initially to the US and the UK.

Led by Daniel Hastik, CEO, and Mirek Cerny, Futurelytics has developed and provides a plug-and-play prescriptive analytics platform that taps into a business’ existing data sources such as CRM systems or e-commerce solutions to leverage behavioural patterns to rate customers, group them into segments and give recommendations on how the company can increase revenue, improve customer retention and acquire new customers.
Last year, the Czech company won $65k in initial funding from Seedcamp, Europe’s early-stage micro seed investment fund and mentoring program.
