Continuum Rehabilitation, LLC, an Avon, CT-based regional contract therapy management services provider to the skilled nursing and home health care agency markets, closed a Class A financing of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Colchester Capital LLC.
The company intends to use the money to grow in Southern New England and in Pennsylvania, where it plans to enter in 2014.
Led by Paul Finigan, Managing Member, Continuum is a private, independently-owned contract therapy provider providing senior care owners/operators with an integrated approach to deliver occupational, physical and speech therapy services.
