San Francisco, CA-based vc firm Blumberg Capital has closed its third fund, at $150m.
Blumberg Capital III focuses on seed and early stage investing in tech startups.
Led by David J. Blumberg, and Bruce Taragin, Blumberg Capital is a venture capital firm that invests in Enterprise Software, Digital and Social Media, Mobile and Consumer Internet.
It specializes in leading Seed and Series A rounds in syndication with angels, venture capital firms and strategic investors.
Typical investments range from $500k to $3m with additional amounts reserved for follow-on investments.
The firm, which reaped a 52x return in four years as seed investor and largest institutional shareholder in HootSuite (read here), has an office in Tel Aviv.
