LookFlow, a startup that provides an application to explore images with the latest advances in machine learning, has been acquired by Yahoo! (Nasdaq: YHOO)
The amount of the transaction was disclosed.
The team of the company, led by Bobby Jaros and Simon Osindero, will join the Flickr team. They’ll also be helping Yahoo! build a new learning group.
AngelList lists Jeff Hammerbacher and Dave Kashen among the investors in the startup.
