Wrike Raises $10M

Wrike, a San Jose, Calif.–based provider of social project management software, raised $10m in venture capital funding from Bain Capital Ventures.

In conjunction with the funding, Todd MacLean from Bain and Tim Maly from SurveyMonkey joined the company’s Board. Indy Guha and Igor Shoifot joined as advisors.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand the business.

Led by CEO Andrew Filev, Wrike provides teams with a real-time platform for collaborating on multiple projects in one workspace in real time. It now serves over 4,000 customers worldwide on the premium version of its product, from startups to Fortune 1000 companies.
