Netskope, a Los Altos, Calif.-based startup that provides a cloud app analytics and policy platform, raised $21m in funding.
Backers included The Social+Capital Partnership and Lightspeed Venture Partners.
The company intends to use the funds to expand sales and product development efforts.
Led by Sanjay Beri, CEO, Netskope performs analytics and allows decision makers to create policies that protect corporate data and optimize cloud app usage in real-time.
The solution has just been launched following a year of testing by dozens of medium and large enterprises, including Fortune 500
organizations across a broad range of industries.
