Y-Prime, a Malvern, PA-based provider of SaaS collaborative eclinical solutions, raised $5m in funding.
The backer was Ballast Point Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its products and to expand its sales and marketing organization.
Co-founded by CEO Shawn Blackburn and Jaime Cook Y-Prime provides software products and professional services aimed at optimizing the management and performance of global clinical trials. Customers are allowed to collaboratively and visually interact and engage with the team and conduct “adaptive trials”.
