Backers included institutional investors and high net worth individuals.
Stonehenge Growth Equity Fund, L.P. focuses on providing capital for high growth technology and business service companies in Florida and the southeast which generate at least $3m of revenue and are profitable.
Target investment size is $1M to $5M in each portfolio company.
Founded in 2009 1999 and led by managing partners Steve Lux and Brian Model, Stonehenge Growth Equity Partners is one of the three firms headquartered in the state of Florida managing an SBIC-licensed fund.
