Nomis Solutions, Inc., a San Bruno, CA-based software company that delivers advanced pricing and profitability management for financial services clients, received a $5m credit facility.
Square 1 Bank provided the loan.
The company intends to use the funds to grow and accelerate the adoption of its Nomis Pricing and Profitability Management TM Suite, which uses market data and behavioral analytics to predict customer price sensitivity to help determine prices, interest rates and fees for a bank’s consumer products.
Led by Frank Rohde, President and Chief Executive Officer, Nomis Solutions has offices in Toronto, Atlanta, and London. It is backed by August Capital, Red Rock Ventures, and Bain Capital.
