According to a filing with the S.E.C. (read here), MobileIron, a Mountain View, CA-based provider of mobile IT security and management solutions, raised $47.5m in Series F funding.
Twenty-five investors participated in the round. They were not named.
Co-founded by Bob Tinker, President and Chief Executive Officer, and Suresh Batchu, Chief Technology Officer, MobileIron provides organizations with a security and management platform for mobile apps, content, and devices to embrace mobility as their primary IT platform.
