Inoapps Receives £10M Investment from BGF

Inoapps, an Aberdeen, Scotland, UK-based Oracle Platinum Partner and Applications specialist, received a £10m equity investment from Business Growth Fund.

BGF took a minority stake and BGF investment director Mike Sibson was appointed to the board.

The company intends to use the funds to increase the size and scale of its operations and make acquisitions

founded by CEO Andy Bird in 2006, Inoapps specializes in providing consulting, implementation and hosting and managed services for Oracle applications, technology and hardware. initially focused on implementing Oracle applications and technology solutions into the oil and gas industrym it has diversified into other sectors including construction, defence, and the public sector.

An Oracle Reseller and Platinum Partner in Europe, the Middle East and Africa, the company has offices in Edinburgh, Derby and Kuala Lumpur, and a team of around 200 employees and associates.
It turned over around £20m to year-end July 2013.
