ERMS Corporation, an Oakville, ON, Canada-based emergency mass notification system, has completed a $3.5m second funding.
The round was led by BEST Funds.
The company intends to use the funds to increase brand awareness and share in North American and Global markets and for product development.
Led by Sylvain Rollin, President and CEO, ERMS provides Advantage, a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) based enterprise-class mass emergency notification system made up of 7 integrated modules (Messenger, Roll Call, Crisis Manager, Mapper, HotLine, myAdvantage, and Library) that allows business continuity, crisis communication, and disaster recovery professionals to, prepare, execute, and report on the notification portion of their continuity plans.
