Apttus, a San Mateo, California-based provider of cloud solutions for quote-to-cash automation, raised $37m in its first funding round.
Backers included K1 Capital, ICONIQ Capital and salesforce.com.
Founded in 2006 by Kirk Krappe, CEO, Apttus is a provider of cloud solutions for quote-to-cash automation including configure price quote, contract management, renewals management and revenue management.
Its patent pending X-Author technology enables Microsoft Office to be a user-interface with full interaction and control between Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
The company has additional offices in London, UK and Ahmedabad, India.
