Xifin, Inc., a San Diego, CA-based provider of a financial cloud computing platform for diagnostic service providers, PathCentral, an Irvine-based provider of a web-based enterprise software platform for community pathologists.
The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.
PathCentral’s core tools included:
– AP Anywhere, a cloud-based anatomic pathology and molecular diagnostics laboratory information system (LIS) and
– PathCentralPro.net, a comprehensive online information exchange and global digital consultation forum.
Led by Lâle White, CEO, and Bill Taylor, CMO, Xifin provides a technology platform that delivers cloud-based revenue cycle management solutions and apps to diagnostic service providers. The acquisition aims to expands its technology platform.
