TandemLaunch, a Montréal, Canada-based ideation company, raised $10m in funding.
BDC Venture Capital made a $5m investment, which was matched by angels and strategic advisors.
TandemLaunch is aiming for a final closing of $15m in total.
Led by CEO Mr. Helge Seetzen, TandemLaunch scouts, accelerates and commercializes early-stage technologies from top universities in collaboration with major Consumer Electronics brands. It provides portfolio companies with seed financing, engineering and business resources, as well as access to large companies in the consumer electronics industry.
