SMB Suite, an Irving, Texas-based provider of a fully-integrated suite of hosted ERP, CRM and eCommerce solutions for small and medium sized businesses, received an investment of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Meritage, with participation from Chris MacFarland, CEO of Masergy Communications, who joined SMB Suite’s board of directors.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its senior team and grow adoption from customers.
Led by Founder and CEO David Greer and President Matt Woodward, SMB Suite provides small or midsize business with solutions to manage all of their operations including:
-Financial Accounting
-Sales and Marketing
-Customer Care & CRM
-Business Reporting & Forecasting Dashboards
-Human Resources.
The company’s tools are built using the Microsoft Dynamics suite of applications including Dynamics GP ERP (financials), CRM, Office, SharePoint, Live Meeting and also include Email, web-based eCommerce, and SalesForce.com from outside of the Microsoft Dynamics suite, which are typically configured, provisioned, hosted and delivered by SMB on behalf of the customer and priced in a subscription model.
