Sferra Fine Linen, an Edison, NJ-based maker of linen products, received a growth capital investment from Los Angeles-based private equity firm Levine Leichtman Capital Partners.
The investment is designed to help Sferra grow the business and diversify its product offerings.
Led by CEO Paul Hooker, who will continue to lead and retain significant ownership in the company along with President Steve Schneider, Sferra designs and produces branded, Italian luxury linen products for luxury retailers and specialty boutiques.
Founded in 1891, the company offers a wide assortment of bedding products which are complemented by a variety of table linens, bath items and decorative accessories.
