Initialized Capital Raises $39M To Invest in Startups

Y Combinator partners Garry Tan and Harj Taggar and Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian have raised $39m for a fund called Initialized Capital.

According to a filing with the S.E.C., 29 accredited investors have invested in the offering.

Given the experience of the partners, it is likely that the vehicle will invest in early-stage startups in the tech space.
