Contract Room, Inc., a Miami, Florida-based developer of software to automate the entire negotiation and contracting process for enterprises, completed a $1.2m seed funding.
Backers included entrepreneurs and experts in the legal, finance, healthcare, real estate, and technology industries. Parker Thomson, former Partner at Hogan Lovells, Juan Benitez, and Edward Matthews, a former finance executive, are some of them.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and sales and marketing activities.
Led by Emil Stefanutti, founder and chief executive officer, ContractRoom provides a cloud-based platform ContractRoom that allows businesses to negotiate, transact, and contract via a single solution, which is available with different subscription packages, starting at $29 per month.
