Cloud Technology Partners, a Boston, MA-based designer and maker of cloud applications and infrastructures, closed a $5m Series B financing.
The round was led by Oak Investment Partners, with participation from a new undisclosed strategic investor and existing investors State Street Bank and other angels.
The company intends to use the funds to expand its professional services and software offerings and expand adoption of its PaaSLane™, as well as to further improve the tool’s functionality and usability.
Led by Chris Greendale, Founder and CEO, Cloud Technology Partners plans, designs and builds cloud applications and infrastructures. Its first application migration software product is called PaaSLane™. The company has cloud strategy consulting, private cloud deployment, systems integration, application development and migration, and cloud security and governance expertise.
Cloud Technology Partners has completed over 50 engagements designing and building advanced cloud computing systems for its enterprise clients both in the U.S. and internationally.
