According to reports, Jeff Clavier’s SoftTech VC plans to raise a new fund.
The WSJ said that the new vehicle has a target of 75m and an $85m hard cap.
Launched in 2004, SoftTech VC makes investments ranging from $250K to $750K, acquiring a 5% stake (10% if they lead the round) in US Internet companies.
The Palo Alto based firm has made about 150 investments to date via three funds.
