Regent Recruitment Receives Investment from The North West Fund for Venture Capital

Regent Recruitment, a Manchester, and London, UK-based business which recruits chefs for top restaurants, received an investment from The North West Fund for Venture Capital, managed by Enterprise Ventures.

The amount of the deal was not disclosed. As part of the investment, Sue Craven, who built and subsequently sold the executive search firm Armstrong Craven, has joined the business as a Non-Executive Director.

The company intends to use the funds to invest in marketing and infrastructure and build its client base.

Established in 1997 by Veena Hira, Regent Recruitment serves some London’s iconic restaurants including The Savoy, The Ritz, The Dorchester, St James’s Club, Pollen Street Social and Rex Restaurants which operate The Wolseley and The Delaunay, as well as international names such as the Burj Al-Arab in Dubai and the Taj Group in India.
The company also works directly with hospitality executives, helping them build their career in the international marketplace.
