Opbeat, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of a collaborative web operations platform, raised $2.7m in Series A funding.
Backers included Balderton Capital as well as Mike Krieger, Andrew McCollum, Andreas Ehn, Steffen Christensen and Thomas Madsen-Mygdal.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform, which is expected to be launched in late 2013.
Co-founded by CEO Rasmus Makwarth and Ron Cohen, Systems architect, Opbeat will provide a hosted web operations center that users can set up quickly and that integrates with the services they already use.
