Invenias, a Reading, United Kingdom-based software platform for executive search and recruitment organizations, secured approximately $1.5m in funding.
Backers included MMC Ventures and a number of private investors such as Mark Farmer, founder of Eden Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds for product development and customer acquisition objectives.
Led by David Grundy, Chairman, CEO and co-founder, Invenias provides a cloud-based software platform that helps executive search organizations fulfill their tasks and build relationships with their clients and candidates. The company has customers in over thirty countries, including boutique and mid-sized executive search and executive recruitment firms, along with a number of in-house executive talent teams within enterprise organizations.
Invenias, which recently announced the availability of apps for iPhone and iPad, has additional offices in the US and Malaysia.
