Digabit, Inc., a Lakewood, CO-based provider of solutions for aftermarket sales, ERP integration, and 3D parts catalogs for manufacturing companies and asset intensive industries, completed a $3m Series A equity financing.
The round was led by Flywheel Ventures, with participation from High Country Ventures and individual angel investors. In conjunction with the financing, Trevor Loy, a general partner with Flywheel Ventures, joined the Board of Directors of Digabit, and has assumed the role of Chairman.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development.
Led by Alan Sage, CEO and co-founder, Digabit offers Documoto, a web library for technical documentation, including electronic parts catalogs, Digabit and a suite of supporting products including Docustudio™, Docuview, and soon-to-be-released, Documobile.
