Personetics, a New York-based provider of predictive customer engagement solutions for the banking industry, has completed its $11.5m series B funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed Venture Partners, with participation from existing investors Sequoia Capital and Carmel Ventures. In conjunction with the funding, Yoni Cheifetz, partner at Lightspeed Venture Partners, will join Personetics’ board.
The company intends to use the capital for sales and scale operations.
Led by David Sosna, CEO, Personetics offers a predictive interaction solution designed specifically for the financial services industry, which leverages a real-time analytics engine to predict customer intent.
The company, which has offices in Tokyo and Tel Aviv, is hiring.
