According to Pandodaily (read the post by Erin Griffith here), Merchant Exchange, a New York City-based loyalty and rewards management marketplace for the high-end market, raised $1m in funding.
Backers included Richard Gelfond, Bradley Wechser, Greg Foster, Stephen Abraham, and other unnamed travel industry executives.
Led by founder and CEO Michael Tolkin, the company has just launched its platform that allows users to connect with brands via a personalized feed with special rewards and offers from high-end merchants and offers a dashboard to track miles, points, and credits in one place.
