Decision Pace, a Buffalo, NY-based business intelligence web service, raised $1m in funding.
Backers included Richmond Capital Partners, Z80 Labs and other angel investors.
The company intends to use the funds to further develop its BI data visualization products, services and technologies.
Founded by Jay Moeller and Alan Lash, Decision Pace provides a BI web application that generates intelligent data visualizations on demand. It quickly creates real-time web analytics from raw data by linking to existing data sources, configure data visualizations, and generate embedable code. Users can choose from a variety of HTML5 compatible formats that can be published anywhere (on dashboards, websites or connected devices) as an open web service URL.
