TubeMogul Raises $10M in the Second Tranche of Series C Funding

TubeMogul, an Emeryville, CA-based online video marketing company, raised $10m in the second tranche of its Series C funding.

The company intends to use the funds to ramp up information technology infrastructure and hires new people (read here).

The round was led by SingTel Innov8, with participation from Cross Creek Capital and existing investors Digital Advertising Consortium, Foundation Capital and Trinity Ventures.

Founded in 2006 by Brett Wilson, CEO, and John Hughes, President of Products, TubeMogul provides programmatic brand marketing platform for large brands and agencies to centralize their video advertising and execute scalable digital video campaigns and monitor the performance.
TubeMogul has offices in New York, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Sydney, Toronto, Chicago, Detroit, Austin, Los Angeles and Beijing (from today).
