HasOffers Raises $9.4M in First Funding

HasOffers, a Seattle-based provider of SaaS attribution analytics solutions, raised $9.4m in its first round of funding.

The investment was led by Accel Partners, with participation from Rob Glaser, founder of RealNetworks, and Chris DeVore of Founder’s Co-op. In conjunction with the funding, Rich Wong, Partner at Accel Partners, will join the board.

The company intends to use the funds to expand its engineering organization and accelerate development of its tools.

Founded in 2009 by twin brothers, Lucas and Lee Brown, HasOffers provides two software as a service solutions:
– HasOffers.com, which provides white-labeled software for networks and agencies (such as Bucksense, Tapjoy, SponsorPay, Applift, PocketMedia, OfferMobi, Crobo, Tapit) to manage their performance advertising programs, and
– MobileAppTracking.com, which attributes installs, in-app engagement and purchases back to ad partners (such as social networks, publishers, and mobile ad networks such as SuperCell, HotelTonight, Spotify, LivingSocial, Electronic Arts, Square, Yahoo!
Led by Peter Hamilton, CEO, HasOffers is a bootstrapped startup with 79 employees.
